Plan Maintenance

The plan should be reviewed annually, at the time of the Annual General Meeting. During the review, the plan should be checked for accuracy with particular regard to telephone numbers etc. Vanessa Nolan is responsible for reviewing the Emergency Plan and will report back to the Parish Council that review has taken place.

Any updates to the Plan will be approved by the Parish Council before the Plan is changed.

Vanessa Nolan is responsible for:

  •  providing an updated version to all the people listed in Section 7;
  • will make sure that all the people involved in the Plan are aware of their role and that they might be contacted in an emergency;
  •  will make sure the Plan complies with Data protection and all other appropriate legislation.
